i think there is a difference but in some cases disordered eating can be just as bad as a classified disorder- it's just that there aren't names for everything.....
as someone who has personal experience with anorexia, I';d really appreciate you taking a look at my question!! thanks..

If my kids don't want to eat what I put in front of them... that's fine. I'm not going to force them to stay at the dinner table until they ate everything. Not worth the fight. They will get hungry and/or want dessert sooner or later and when they do, their food they didn't eat before will be there. I am known to save my kids dinner if they didn't eat it and serve it for Breakfast.... The food I make for them always gets eaten, just a mater of time, lol. Meals I make are healthy and nutritious and will not be wasted, especially when there are starving people all over the world.... ;)

My niece on the other hand, very rarely eats her dinner(she just turned 5). She basically lives on candy and cereal.

My family never made us finish our meals. If we were done and there was food left on it, we gave it to my dad, lol. I've always been skinny, NEVER had any issues with weight. Until, I quit nursing my daughter after 2 years.. I kept eating the same amount of food(healthy stuff) but wasn't burning the same amount of calories as when I was nursing. I'm now 134(weighing more now than when I was pregnant with my daughter and that's after loosing 4lbs, ugk!) 5'5. I had always been around 120 and only 110 in high school. I'm 26 now and god the weight is SOOOO much harder to get off, lol.

talk to your psychologist - or find another one if u are uncomfortable. It sounds like u may have an eating disorder - u need to find out why u need to do all this exercise and why u feel guilty when u dont do it, you are not overweight. why do u binge eat? why are u unhappy with yrself? u need to find this out and talk about it.
Please talk to someone before this gets any worse. yes, there are counsellors that can help you, plse get help.
talk to yr psychologist about seeing someone else, he will understand, u need to feel comfortable.

What is 'orthorexia'? Chewing up food and then spitting it out? There's Compulsive Overeating, other eating disorders with 'bulimic features' or 'borderline anorexia' or EDNOflippin' S. Disordered eating is becoming the new norm!
