		<description>my wieght is 115 and i think im too fat

ppl say i really need to losse wight 

and i stopp eating for days 

and kno i get really big head aches 
and i cant see clearly

		<description>Going from 6k calories a day to 1200 is a very bad idea. Not only is it unhealthy but your going to put on weight for a long time before you start losing weight because your body is going to think its starving and your metabolism is going to slow down. You need to cut your calorie intake little by little over a few months. Stop eating so much processed foods. It is very hard to eat 2k calories a day in raw organic fruits and vegetables+lien meats. I would suggest eating between 1600 and 2000 calories a day, 1200 is a bit low. Do cardio everyday! At first you will be sore and it will take a while to build up enough strength to do it everyday but stick with it. If you want to lose weight don&#039;t worry to much about weight lifting just focus mostly on cardio. Plan on losing 2 pounds per week at most. but i do think you should limit is straight to 1200 after eating over 6000! 
maybe try dropping it by 100 each week,
