What is going on with me?!?

Hi,
Recently my moods been eratic and kinda uncontrolable. I can get worked up easily, and I can feel this bit in my head hurt when I do. For example yesterday I did three odd things:
I cried at the news, but it wasnt anything sad.
I asked two ladies what size they were.
I was watching CSI, nothing was bugging me then I went and smashed my cup of tea.

I do have anorexia, and I know that affects my moods but I was wondering if there is anything else wrong?

Anorexia often goes with bi-polar disorder or borderline personality disorder. Look them up and see if it fits.

    There's a help page. I think you seriously need to talk to somebody. A doctor especially. I think all of those things have to do with your case. Anorexia affects your emotions, your right. Crying for no reason at all is very common. Asking people what size they are is also common among people with anorexia. You become so obsessed with size and not eating because you want to be thin, you can never stop thinking about it and it leads to interacting with other people and making a bad impression. Doing things such as smashing teacups doesn't suprise me, if you have anorexia you are not happy with your body which sometimes means depression and you get more violent because you're so frusterated! You need to get help or these strange things will continue.

    If you have anorexia then you are already emotionally unbalanced. Are you getting help for this? Have you told anyone? Are you taking an anti depressant? You really need to see a medical doctor or psychiatrist for help. You need a professional to help you and you won't get it here on yahoo answers. You might have deep emotional issues such as anger, depression, bi polar, etc. that need to be treated and I also think that counseling will help you. Give Meditation a try to get connected to your deepest self and to start on a path of healing. Also try Yoga for exercise and also to give you a stronger link to your heart and soul to begin the journey to Spiritual awareness so you can stay focused in Life and know you meaning and purpose as I'm sure you yearn to find. Hope you get the help you need honey, you'll start to find that you are not alone in your feelings and maybe also to find a good friend to take the journey with you.

    When we hold onto to fears, anxieties or other negative thoughts, it can make us act in an unbalanced way.

    Every problem I believe stems from a base. You need to understand why you feel the way you do, what emotions could you be holding onto to make you be acting this way? Are you holding onto a negative experience? Maybe it stems from the thoughts which have lead you to become anorexic.

    Try and work this out and then try to begin looking at that negative experience or emotion in a different way and letting go of it.
