Stressed out!! NEED ADVICE, please!!!??

I have three tests tomorrow (Math, English, Science), a Latin quiz, 8 pages of French homework (120 questions), a project due in Latin, and a Science Project, plus an English Essay, and 50 Math Problems, and a History essay!

It is currently 10:00 PM and I am stressing out because I have only done half of that. I haven't even begun studying! I started crying a few minutes ago. And I am only in 8th grade, not even high school! Plus, there is stress because my dad is going to jail for a fraud crime he did not commit and my mom is never sober and I am in a massive fight with a few friends and another friend was just diagnosed with anorexia and I just heard another friend tried to commit suicide!

AND on top of all of that, everyone expects my life to be perfect because I am popular, have a really hot and nice boyfriend, I am upper class and go to an exclusive private school.

WELL NEWS FLASH: my life isn't perfect AT ALL!!

HELP PLEASE!? I am sooo stressed out and I am in tears right now.
Notes are not acceptable. I quote from the handbook "we would rather our students accept the punishment for an incomplete assignment because the lesson learned is always greater than the punishment given."

First off, breathe. Concentrate. Let yourself cry. You have a lot of frustration and tension in you. Second, breathe again. Center yourself within yourself. Don't let anything else intrude into your concentration. You can get through these things. I would suggest asking to make up some of the tests at some other point. I'm sure your teachers will understand if you tell them your current workload. The essays and the projects you should rotate. Work on each a little bit at a time. If you need to, you can go to bed, sleep for a few hours, then get up and try again. Just keep working slowly and steadily. Remember that if you need to let out the tension and cry, it's all right. It sounds like there's a lot going on, and you need to let it out. As to your problems with your friends, I would try to talk with them asap. Tell them how you feel. The friends you're in a fight with, you need to tell them your opinion of the situation. The friend who tried to commit suicide, and the friend diagnosed with anorexia also need to be told how it makes you feel to hear these things. If you care for these people as real friends, and they reciprocate, they'll listen, and you need to listen to them. I guarantee, there will be tears and hugs. And hopefully, some better communication. Good luck. I hope things work out for you. I know you're strong, and I know you can survive this. May whatever deity you believe in be with you.

    Hey,
Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. Could you ask your mum to write you a note for the homework you haven't finished yet? You can't help that you have so many stressors in your life, and it's okay to ask for help. Your school needs to know though of all the other non-school stressors you have in your life.
If this is a regular thing (i.e. it being 10pm and haven't finished homework) try to find out why this is. Do you truly have too much homework or do you leave it till the last minute? Do you not start until 8pm? Do you plan your homework?
I used to have these issues as well. I found planning ahead really worked for me. I knew which teachers were going to give me heaps of homework. I knew a few weeks ahead that I was going to have a test for a certain subject, so I planned for that. Also when I had stressors outside of school, I tried to sort it out and when this didn't work (like the stuff you go through now) I told a teachers, had my mom write a note or talked to my school counsellor about it.

You're going to be fine, but you need to reach out for help in your school or to your parents. All we can do is give you some advice, but we don't know you.

    All the best

it's time to put down the books and exercise.

it know it's too late at night to go out for a run, so jog on the spot, dance like crazy around your room, do some serious sit ups, breaking a sweat will release the "feel good" hormones that help you tackles stressful situations.

after a work out and you are breathing hard and your heart is racing, dig into a nice bowl of fruit wedges. citrus will be really good.
have a long drink of water and then have a bath while reading some of your books for school.

if you read through them all, and have a general idea of what is going on and then hop into bed. set the alarm for 3 or 4am.

wake up, have a nice long glass of water and crunch your way through all the work.

you'll get through it all, you'll stay sane, you'll be alright.

and next time, try and do crash study 3 nights before an exam. it will give you the extra 2 nights if you need them.

    good luck!

What unGodly school do you attend?!? French AND Latin? In the 8th grade?

    When was this homework assigned?

Anyway, unfortunately there's not a whole lot anyone can do for you, except give you a reassuring (electronic) pat on the back and wish you good luck. Sounds like you'll be pulling an all-nighter. They're not fun, but you won't be the first or the last to do one. Just wait till college.

As for the rest of your life, I can't even begin to relate. Obviously you have problems. Perhaps you should consider calling social services.

See this site below to learn about the perfection inside of you. You can not do 4 things at once. Not even 2 things of homework at one time. Choose the most important thing and do that first. Then if you have time, do the 2nd most important thing etc. Do one thing at a time.

Honey, you have a lot going on right now. Please, take a deep breath. Ask your Mom if she could write a note for you to excuse you from your home work.

    Breathe. Please breathe.

    You'll be fine.

Oh, you don't have to be like everyone else. Seriously. Who cares what everyone thinks? Be yourself!
