Life Without Ed –my personal favorite, really lets you know you are not alone
The Anorexia (or Bulimia) (or compulsive overeating) Workbook–helps you see how often, what you're doing and it's a guide to helping you get better
However, the third website I've attached gives you multiple books on eating disorder recovery (I order from it a lot)

Binge no more: Your guide to overcoming disordered eating by Joyce D. Nash (no thats not me we just happen to have the same first name.)
Bulimia: A guide to recovery by Lindsey Hall and Leigh Cohn

My friend gave me a book called "Feeding the starving mind". It's a workbook geared to helping people with eating disorders. I've just started reading it. It seems to be a good book.
