I know there is an adolescent one, but I’m not sure on adult. Theres defiantly an adult eating disorders service, but I don’t know about a unit?

I’m not sure if there is in Wales. Wales lacks eating disorder treatments to be honest, but I’m sure you could find one near you, even if it is in England.
I’m not sure where this inpatient unit is located but here’s the only one I could find for adults on the website I was on.

Youtube videos are good, but if you know where I can find videos that are more documentary style or aired on TV, that would be good too.

hmm.. theres a great documentary on BBC. its about 2 journalist that go out a crash diets&they document eveything that happens.

Yeah they are big (and i cant say id ever want to look like that)
But it shouldnt have anything to do with how big or small they are they are.. they are singers and comedians not catwalk models!
