anorexiA???????????????/?

well im in recovery for bulimia but my therapist thinks i might be developing type 2 anorexia and i rly dont know what that is…does it sound like it

i eat around 200-550 cals a day MAX:600
i constantly think about calories,mealplans.etc..
i weigh myself about 5 times a day
people say im skinny,i say im huge.

so far today i had 75 calories

i usually eat stuff like cauliflower,oatmeal,apple,broth,celery,c… pudding,lightnfit yogurt
thats basically what i allow myself to eat

BUT…
when i eat something other then those foods,like
low cal,no fat i purge it up…when i eat
other foods then that i binge on like fatty stuff
then PURGE.

Food is what keeps us healthy…you shouldn’t be thinking fat or skinny right now, you should be thinking vitamins, minerals. I mean your heart is a muscle….it needs real food. Otherwise you are self destructive and killing yourself and yes…you need help. Take a nutrition class. I took one in college and it gave me a whole new perspective on how the body works. Gardenburgers are good for you…and all those things. I dare you to gain 10 pounds.

    you are counting way too much. you better get your self esteem up because your definitely not fat. being very skinny looks as bad as being fat. you should eat cake, its very good.

    if you cant keep hard food down youll probably have to soon live on a feeding tube and have to live off of it for life. you dont need to pay for resdiential treatment just eat food and quit worring about calories before you die. sorry for being mean but if you dont eat more you will die its that simple. get soem therapy or talk to someone b/c 500 calories isnt good for your body. your young and your body still growing and developing and your damaging it. good luck chicka

    I think the best person to go would be to ask your therapist, if you are still in recovery you could be developing or going back into your eating disorder and yes it can take you over that is what an eating disorder is, it’s a mindset. Whatever treatment you need continue or get more. The health problems they can cause you later on in life could make a miserable for you and can cause eating disorders can cause major health issues that you battle for the rest of your life or death.

    you do not say your age, but all of these places can refer you to someplace else if you are too young and all of these places will talk to you toll free 24/7 and all of these places ca also refer you to closer to home. the reason I picked these 4 is that they are the only places in the country that treat anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder, as the disease of food addiction instead of as a psychological problem.

    Yes you are anorexic. 600 calories a day is not enough for you or anyone. It isn’t healthy. If you have a treatment center avalible to you I would do it.

    I honestly have no idea why girls become anorexic. I get pressure from peers, family & media… but it all sounds like nonsense excuses to me. "You gotta put on your big girl panties and deal" as friends would say..
    Do you remember terry schiavo at all? She’s the woman who was basically brain dead, on a feeding tube, awake but unable to communicate with her own family and husband for years and years? After so many years living that way and a husband who ended up divorcing her and moving on and starting a family, she was finally taken off the feeding tube and starved until her final death.
    THAT was all because she was anorexic. She starved herself and put so much stress on her heart, she had a heart attack and I believe eventually fell into a coma. She was soo gorgeous and what she became was so awful. If you want to maintain a certain weight, do it in a healthy way,
    You can eat grilled chicken, veggies, fish, fat free snacks, etc. and easily exercise 1 hour a day.
    If you want to starve yourself… know that’s what your future holds. No one feels bad for people who bring something like that upon themselves.
