    id say quit smoking …
id say quit smoking now because smoking makes it worse so does drinking and pot. Just dont worry about having a heart attack i know its hard but think of positive things. This helps me i just got this same disorder a week ago and still do but lowered my chances of having panic attacks. So all u need to do is stop worrying go chill with the people u trust have a good time go outside daily, try to excercise and it should be wearing off slowly. Hope this works out for u:)

    I was diagnosed …
I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder in December 2008, and my psychotherapist believes that I have panic disorder. As a result of my disorder, I developed depression and adjustment issues. Everyone overlooks anxiety disorders, but they really affect people’s lives. I was put on an anti-depressent/anti-anxiety drug just so I could function on a daily basis. Good video, it was informational, but didn’t cover enough of what one experiences during a panic attack.

    I haven’t really …
I haven’t really had a bad problem with this since 2005, and I don’t know exactly why. I could list of dietary changes and beliefs I’ve accrued since then, but I’m not even really sure if it applies to others.

I still get really nervous sitting in audiences and restaurants and stuff, and I really don’t know why. But I remember back in high school when I would have some really out of whack panic attacks- and it is hell. It really is. I know what you’re going through.

  24. Variety202 says:

    I feel exactly the …
I feel exactly the same way about how it almost seems like they were making a joke about “what it’s like to have a panic attack”.
I’m sure they didn’t really mean to do it on purpose though.

I thought i was the only one who felt that way about that scene.
