Do You Think It Would Be Ok To Stop Looking For Treatment For My Anorexia?

I was looking for treatment for my Anorexia but, recently I was able to eat on my own without forced. It was like I became a different person like someone shut up the voice inside my head for a while and I was able to eat for a while but, that didn’t last long. The voice is back but, the reason why I was asking is because I was able to eat for a short amount of time. What do you think? Would it be worth it to still look for treatment? Because I’m not underweight in fact, I’m at a healthy weight for my age and height. I’m just confused now. Help?

Ask any Alcoholic and the answer is "admitting you have a problem is the step to curing it". So you’re on the way, You didn’t state an age but stereotyping says you’re a young teen, recognize that your weight and shape will change in puberty so there is no ideal weight.Tell the voice to just shut up at times like before dinner and have a piece of pie.

I think people can recover from this, and sometimes on their own… the voices you listen to concern me , tho, as i wonder what that is about… regardless here are some support and healing sites for you to consider… with others llike yourself… take care

You should get help. Think about it. If they tell you that you don’t need help, you can feel great about that. If you don’t get help and you needed it and you get sick and die, then you won’t feel great at all.

Try to eat 1 big meal then 2 small meals later in the day.

I think you should still go seek help. but then again some people recover on their own.

I would still seek help from a doctor of some sorts to make sure that you are gaining weight in a healthy way.
