She has been going for 3 months. she has group sessions and sometimes her mom comes for family sessions. she says it is scary but also very comforting to know she is not alone. it did not change her right away, but slowly i think she is getting better. she says there is a lot of art therapy and that's her favorite part. she also has one on one time with a counsellor, but she won't tell me about that<br><b>References : </b><br> I know someone is in one now.
