    As someone who has struggled w / an eating disorder in the past 15 years, I was looking forward to this book the answer and something I could use with my therapist to this end binging. I was disappointed when it arrived. It was not much of a “workbook”, but rather a narrative book with a few pages of the workbook. The information was not new. . . It has all been in other books published on Binge Eating. It is misleading, that the book in the series will be treatments that work “if it was a huge disappointment. Rating: 2 / 5
