I have only heard it once, it is a Christmas present for my two teenagers. It was ok. Rating: 5.3

As a therapist I would recommend this product to younger teens only. Most teens to 15 and would probably find the cd childish. Seems to be a good fit for ages 11:10 to 14. Rating: 5.3

  3. Note: I have two guys that I internationally accepted pre-Teens.Wow! My 13-year-old took the CD into his room to try it – it is usually pretty good about trying new things anyway so think I didn ‘t, much of it. He had tried one other adult meditation CD and it tolerated. He hated that afternoon (my children) rests, however, if he can not get enough sleep, he is a bear. OK, so he takes the CD in his room and I do not hear a thing for two hours. When he awoke, he came out of his room grinning from ear to ear, saying things like “I’m a good person,” and “I make a good choice,” as the music is wonderful and makes him feel great, and that can he ‘t wait for a NAP AGAIN tomorrow. At first I thought he was kidding. . . but he was totally serious! He insisted that I hear it explained to me what “affirmations” are and what “visualization” is (English is his second language, so these are big words for my son). Then he embraced the CD. His attitude continues to be high throughout the Abend.Sie would think that a teenager would think especially a boy, that’s ridiculous. This sum love basketball, playing football, bow and arrow, stone throwing boy loves this CD. He did it on his iPod (it is the only thing on his iPod copied) and hear it every morning and falling asleep at night. I am erstaunt. Also my 15-year-old boy comes out of his week-long radio and decides to continue his daily 15-minute mediation. It is with this but I would rather do something else, OK fusses, often about it, but then tells me later that he feels better, teen after meditation (fairly typical all-over-the-board). I offer him his brother’s new CD. He refuses. I tell him to adjust. He can not bear to know the tension that his brother told him something and before I did he would try, but then the old CD, if that does not work. He slept only a few minutes from the switch. When he awoke, he tried to argue that there is no great thing, a meditation CD was the same as the others. His brother sat on the bed and told him he was full of it, that it was a great CD. He pumped his iPod up full volume so we could hear it and started singing positive affirmations. I told my older son, that when the CD was not working for him, I would like to take it back. Well, no, he says he is not willing to give it to me on the back. He wants to try it again. Ha! I bet he would be connected in no time! Give it a try for your stressed-out teenagers. Give them your time to really listen. It was a pleasant Überraschung.Rating: 5.5

I bought this CD because I enjoy Lori Lite CDs. I previously purchased Indigo Ocean Dreams, and Garden of Wellness. That was just getting good to relax. Granted, I’m not a teen, I am in my 40s. I could understand that some guests would feel it can be a bit childish for some teenagers. But for others it may be just perfect. My guess is it would be from the individual young person, I would not dismiss it outright from. Although it is not my favorite, it really makes me feel calm. Especially the part that is only music, it has a very surreal quality. Rating: 5.5

This CD offers some needed ideas for young people and is geared to their lifestyle. Although there are a few more information on dealing with peer pressure that I would have liked to be considered, otherwise a great CD with relaxation techniques and a soothing voice to follow. Rating: 5.4

  6. one of the best things to incorporate with Stress Management is meditation and deep breating exercises.*:.
