An Eating Disorder movie starring Amy Jo Johnson, who portrays Andie, a young girl who gets a chance to be an Olympic Gymnast with a top Coach. Andie develops Anorexia after her coach tells her she needs to lose 10lbs (ten pounds) as she will then be ”lighter, faster and better”

@travillion7 i hate cheaters too but she kinda abandoned both of them so its kinda expected:/
the parents are soooooooooooooooooooo stupid.
ughhh and she’s way prettier than the friend. what was Josh thinking??
This is exactly what happens when you try and to starve yourself…you end up binging. Most bulimics started that way.
agreed. incredible tone in those legs
why is it always when a boy puts a jacket around her, they start making out?? like in vids, and books I’ve seen
she looks sick now

What is the song at the beginning?
Poor Andie…
7:48 WuZ f~n goregouS
Reverse planche at 7:48 is just beautiful and incredible. Apparently Kristie Phillips was one of the gymnasts who “stood in” in this movie; The reverse planche was one of Kristies signature moves, wonder if that was her??
When she made this movie she had not been in gymnastics for over 5 years, which is why she did use a stunt double. In an interview she said she hadnt done any gymnastics for more than 5 years, and was “rusty”; she said she did the simpler skills herself, but the harder stuff was done by a double.
the reasoning behind that is amy did all her own stunts and she was only a level..9 (?) I think when they filmed the movie can’t find a 100% positive source but that’s what I’ve heard
Amy Jo Johnson is very cute I wish her husband
i watched this movie today in health class…
i love it…
We’re all different
yeah. i heard the actress did all her own stunts, though, so if that’s true maybe they made the routines down to her level to make it seem more like she was supposed to be there than she really was. but she was like, 25+ when she made this movie, wasn’t she? so that’s really good if she hadn’t been training for awhile.
when i binge i dont make bizarre noises “/
oh sorry. wellll then, hahahahaha i guess elite gymnasts were too busy training at that time to double in the movie…? haha…well wow that’s a long time to do gymnastics! i just started last year and i’m only level 4 and i really hope to reach at least 6 one day….maybe 7 if i’m lucky…
yeah, but i already covered that with my “not even 10 years ago (ish) when the movie was made. i started gymnastics when this movie was made and there were optionals who did harder skills for a level 8 routine. over 10 years ago!
that’s b/c this was over 10 years ago and the sport is more developed now…
ok, i’m sorry, but those are NOT olympic level routines, not even 10 years ago(ish) when the movie was made. those are like, level 8 or 9. i have a friend in level 10 who could outscore any of those “olympians.” those aren’t even elite level routines.
It’s so like terrifying, I understand what you mean!
this other girl is cute too
