We can all do it. One day at a time. I went from dieting, to starving to denial, to realization i had an eating disorder, from a stick to skinny to normal, to hating it eevery day, . from chewing and spitting, binging and vomiting, binging and vomiting, binging and vomiting, to 2 months clean of binging and vomiting, 2 months clean of starving. Everyday is till chew and spit, but i am happy, I eat HEALTHY, i ignore the temptation. 2 years with an Ed. and im finally, well making it.

ive seen eating disorders,
eating disorders are brought on by society and pressure that we’re not perfect and its preventable UNLIKE cancer, which by the way is a very sensitive subject for me :
i didnt mean my comment in any harmful way, but i dont appreciate the the fact that “people like me shouldnt even comment” i believe that eating disorders are a real struggle and the PEOPLE who suffer from them arent disgusting, it’s the illness

Secondly, I love this video for I greatly believe in healthy girls and disbelieve in eating disorders. What ever happened to the ideal women of past painter? Though I argue how many of those girls, not in the bathroom shots, were naturally skinny like me; who eat very much and still can’t seem to put on the weight?
