you need to stay at a healthy weight and the first time you were at treatment i think you were at a perfect size and dieting is a obsession but people need to control it and its messed up your family would judge you by your wieght family is suppose to love you unconditionaly
@emma3189 THANK YOU!!
melodramatic, much? you were never truly skinny. you’re just average. in the US, you need a BMI of 16.5 or less to be considered “anorexic.” you’re just another attention-whore who thinks they’re the first person to ever skip lunch.
@Becca7493
i have an ED since 4rth grade and
im out of high school im 19
and ur right Ed it all abouthow you think of it,,, meaning im 95 im a small figure and
i dont eat alot but with my family i do ear normly n i loose weight but im so scard of being fat ect… its the mentle!
good choice in music it is the best kind to help you heal!
Where is the anorexia?
@Becca7493 Not to sound rude, but I though that I would let you know that to be diagnosed with Anorexia you do have to be less than 85% of your expected body weight (or BMI less than 17.5) which is self induced by extreme dieting, self-induced vomiting/laxative abuse or over-exercise.
Although, you can be overweight and have disordered eating. People with eating disorders come in all sizes, but people with diagnosed Anorexia do not.
@EMILY683 You must be fat for saying that!!! and not SUFFERING from a eating disorder!!! And I not going to MYOB because this girl is ME!!!
@clapricorn13 Well if you want to know what I look like now check me out!!! It is a known thing that many people with eating disorders look younger then they are. Many people do not believe that I am as old as I am. I get carded so much!!!! But people do not understand I just look young!!! and when I relapse I look younger!!!
looks like she got younger instead of older
i’m not trying to be a bitch about it. I’m in recovery from anorexia and I know that it takes alot of positive words of wisdom to keep going forward. To hear things like some of the comments made on here are nothing but upsetting and triggering. the eating disorder lives off those things.
its an opinion!!!! M.Y.O.B now guess what that means bc im not telling you
keep trying sweetpea, it’s worth it to find recovery and if you slip, keep moving forward. you seem like a really kind and sweet person, you deserve it. fuck what anyone else thinks or says….. most of all forget what ED says, he’s just a dillusion. i’m routing for you!
i’m beside myself for you posting such a comment. if you have an eating disorder then you should be more understanding, if not then you shouldn’t judge. it’s a terrible disease in the mind that is life altering….. weight really isn’t the issue.
how can you say something like this? Weight is just an outward sign of an eating disorder,, it’s all in the mind that’s the struggle. That is the hardest part, and to say something like this is really messed up. I hope you feel bad. It’s about being healthy, not skinney.
you don’t look that skinny though
u looked better skinny
you look great! how did you lose the weight?? did you really just stop eating?
I hope you are doing better. I will keep you in my prayers and you are beautiful the way you are and I hope and pray you believe that.
you are beautiful and you look great.
dont listen to all these jerks, have faith in yourself. you have realy inspired me.
GINGER… @_@
omg you made such amazing progress. you look so beautiful and you have a great body. make sure you do recover and maintain a healthy weight, because you look perfect just as you are and you deserve to be happy
hope you’re good today
love this song!
wow!! you truly are one great thinspo! thanks so much, hope you are doing better and that you DO recover
to have anorexia, you don’t have to be like–90 pounds, you could be overweight and still be anorexic. It’s more of a mental thing but, if done for a decent time period will show drastic physical changes. But, whether or not the person is normal, overweight, or underweight doesn’t matter, its an unhealthy mindset and a horrible thing to deal with.
