    When you’re quiet, that voice in the back of your head becomes really loud and the the things going on in that internal world are more visible. I always find my answers there…..that’s why I love the morning time and intensely dislike alarm clocks. I can’t go through that state if I’m woken up by an alarm….

    Well Summerlicious…Since you asked about meditation…I’ll do sitting meditation and Yoga Nidra. ( I just posted a free Yoga Nidra session on my youtube channel). I do two other meditations which are a little more natural for me which is stream of consciousness writing and something I call my ‘morning clarity’ ritual. It’s less a ritual and more something that I just let myself do because it’s where I find crystal clear answers to questions I’m looking for answers to.
