I know this has happened to us all at once in our lives or another. You are face-to-face with something you always wanted to do to stop Binge Eating Disorder, but something holds you. Instead of accepting that something you always appeal is lodged, the words thank you, “no” out of your mouth. Instead of asking for what you want, you find yourself too afraid to ask yourself.

For as long as I can recall, I’ve always wanted to help people. I’ve never been sure how I would do that, but I knew that there is something that I was very passionately about was. I want to make a difference in people’s lives. In college, I thought of a teacher, but then I was not sure that I am passionate about it enough. I switched to marketing, but then did not think much of that I get to do that. I was so lost, as I my dream of helping people to achieve. I would try to wrack my brain over and over to see things what I was good at it, I was able to help someone. Nothing came to mind. It was frustrating.

Once I told my husband about my Binge Eating Disorder and after I was in therapy told me, I just knew that I was adopted, to help people with binge eating disorder. I just had a good feeling about it. The good feeling lasted about as long as it could be, until I thought I had my struggles with binge eating disorder with strangers and people who already knew me started shares. I began to take a step back because I do not want me to tell me vulnerable. I knew I had to help people, but something in me blocked from doing something for it for some time.

My understanding is, would race about all the things I do to share my story with others could benefit. But then I would say to myself, said, “No one takes care. I’m just a nobody. What will people think? ‘But then I thought of searching the Internet for other success stories of people overcoming the binge eating disorder had , and found nothing. “Try it and see what happens. What you have to lose?”

Finally, without thinking too much about him, I began to write down everything I could about my experiences with Binge Eating Disorder. I looked over my entire journal writings and realized that I had to share a lot of good information. I stopped thinking and worrying about me sit out there and realized that if I wanted someone to help – that was exactly what I had to do. I spent many days in my office, just writing my Binge Eating Disorder eBook and do not focus a lot of energy on thoughts.

If I had not challenged me to have more progress, I would not have had the opportunity to develop great relationship with many of you. I would not have the option of e-mails to bring tears to my eyes to read. I had to do not have the chance, what I love. You know many people hate their jobs. You do not know how getting up and going of the daily work. I am so grateful that I heard this voice in my head that I am pushed to do so held, because I wake up every morning and can not wait to check my e-mail and work on all the great things that I have planned. I feel truly blessed to do what I do.

If you do the things you always wanted to do, expand your comfort zone, discover something new about themselves, and have a lot of fun. The next time you have the chance to do something, do not wait that long. Have the uncomfortable by going with him and said “Yes”! What is Binge Eating? Have we all occasionally binge? Binging is synonymous with love of food? Binge eating is uncontrolled food, often accompanied by shame and guilt. In other words, it is an act with full consciousness and helplessness. Binging episodes occur fairly frequently – often at least once or twice per week. Shame and guilt often drive the resulting flushing, which always is the excessive amount of food from the body system. Purging out of fear of weight gain is a critical component of bulimia, a disorder of binging and alternating diarrhea. Binge eating plays a central role in any eating disorder, which is a mental disorder with food to cope with disturbed emotions. Many people have emotional problems, but they can not have an eating disorder. So how does one binge eating, or vulnerable to develop this disease? Binge eating often begins with having an unhealthy foods abnormal relationship. If you normally ear, have a risk of binge eating, even if you have to do to emotional problems reduced. Binge Eating Disorder Queen

Yes I was the queen of binge eating disorder. I suffered from BED binge eating disorder for the majority of my life. I have not binged this whole year and do not intend to binge for the rest of my life. The first step of overcoming this disorder is figuring out the emotions your using the binge to cope with. And dealing with those emotions. I have no problem laying all this out here about my disorder because addictions and disorders feed on shame and secrecy. They don’t like totally honesty and to be true to who I am as a person and to live my best life this honesty is essential.
