Anorexia images and stats — note: please do not post triggering comments .. As well, I realize that a lot of these pictures have been photoshopped, but the point in this video is to explain how distorted the images are that we see in the media — we look at them with a blind eye to their falseness and begin to believe we need to look a certain way – but we don’t. As well, there are some celebrities in here who are not necessarily anorexic, but they do suggest to young women that there is an ideal of thinness. Finally, the music used is called “Breath Me” by Sia. Any comments that display ignorance to reading this forward will be deleted.
