As well, I realize that a lot of these pictures have been photoshopped, but the point in this video is to explain how distorted the images are that we see in the media — we look at them with a blind eye to their falseness and begin to believe we need to look a certain way – but we don’t. As well, there are some celebrities in here who are not necessarily anorexic, but they do suggest to young women that there is an ideal of thinness.
