Statistics show that nearly 90% of suffers relapse after participating in this kind of treatment. 4th Make it your goal, positive and confident, even if you are faking it at first. Even if you do not feel all that great, it looks like your body, you should still try to cultivate a sense of inner confidence. Walk with your head held high, back straight, and make choices confidently. Positive thinking can only be a positive effect on your sense of well being. Also to identify what it is that you can feel comfortable. With more self-esteem, you are in a better position to prevent eating disorders.

5th Once you love yourself to love you more, are you going to do what is best for you. These include maintaining a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. You do not feel as if you have to be accepted into thin stick, or are considered to be of good form. Do not belittle all the things you do for others. Love every bit of what you do.
